The postal card is in excellent condition with crisp, sharp corners. This special printing by the Government Printing Office was prepared to advertise that the Myrtle Beach, SC, area was back in business after hurricane Hugo. Most of the cards were used by the commercial customer, but 140,000 were retained by the USPS to sell to collectors.Note: On multiple purchases with shipping costs, I will use the item with the highest shipping cost and then charge $.20 for each additional item, up to a maximum of $3.50.
