To commemorate the 40th anniversary of the signing of the declaration, the United Nations NY issued a series of stamps between 1989 and 1993 that include one of 3 labels with the text of an article of the Declaration of Human Rights in English, French and German. The stamp series is also a classic issue for art topical collectors of art thematic stamps.This set of full panes of 12 mint, never-hinged stamps plus labels was issued in 1990 and features Articles 7 and 8.
