1997 32 cent Bugs Bunny full Sheet of 10, with the scarce imperf single, Scott #3138, Mint NHThis is a full sheet of 10 1997 32 cent Bugs Bunny stamps.It has 9 perforated stamps on one side and an imperforated stamp on a single page. These sheets were produced for the stampers program of the 1990s. With the stampers kit was sent the page with the 9 perforated stamps. the PO discarded the single stamp page, so they did not perforate the single stamp, in order save a penny or two. Collectors heard about this single imperforated stamp and petitioned the USPS to create some for them. The post office acquiesced and saved 5000 for collectors, with sold out the first day of issue and became an instant raritySee the scan for what you are bidding on.
