REPAIRED COVER w Provisional repair tape ADDED ON RPO: Regular size Registered cover with stamps tied by mute postmarks and smudges to face, Deer Park AL July 7 1929 four bars on reverse, add Mobile AL, postage was paid by 1c and 10c fourth bureaus, each x2, somewhere en route the cover was damaged and its valuable content at risk, so the Jackson & Mobile RPO crew repaired it with tape which they identified with a Jackson & Mobile TR15 RPO postmark, apparently they had no official seals, Lodge c/c, wrinkles are obvious, but a very interesting cover for the right person. FineDeer Park AL is today a ghost town.
