Stamps are embroidered with the highest quality polyester thread with a satin insert. These threads, specially crafted and dyed in two shades of blue, are extremely durable. To create the embroidery, a modern Sauer Pentamat 2040 embroidery machine was used.It can work at a speed of 200 stitches per minute, producing 340 stamps in one embroidery pass. This machine has 340 needles that work at the same time and each needle sews one stamp. This 340 needle machine sews row by row until the fabric is full across its full width (9.3 meters).
