2003 Canada - Sc 1991De - MNH VF - Full pane - Canada-Alaska Cruise Pic PostageLimited edition promotional stamps were only issued for use in the 2003 season Alaska route cruise ships and are scarce. The 10 undenominated se-tenant stamps in each sheet were (and still are) valid for use in first-class international letter mail. 10,000 were offered through the National Philatelic Center, and 40,000 were offered to guest on the ships. No information is available on how many of those set aside for cruise customers were sold and it is suspected that many were destroyed at the end of the season. I have never seen these sheets in the collections I have handled!
