Item Description

The second scan is the dust jacket sleeve. Note that only commemoratives were included at the basic yearbook price. Mail use stamps could be purchased as an addition or on your own. There were 75 commemorative stamps and 43 mail use stamps. Also new this year was that most stamps were Forever stamps. The current face value of all 118 stamps is $87.97. There is a little spotting on some pages. The worst ones are shown in the scans. The listing price was reduced because of the spotting. Finally, USPS changed to clear mounts this year but I used my usual black mounts for the mail use stamps that I bought on my own.
