This year new section appeared for high value mail use stamps. Note that only commemoratives were included at the basic yearbook price. Mail use stamps and high value stamps could be purchased as an addition or on your own. There were 100 commemorative stamps, 55 mail use stamps and 7 high value stamps. I have removed the high value stamps (which include priority and express mail stamps) to keep the price down but if you would like some or all of them, contact me for pricing. The current face value of all 155 commemorative and regular mail use stamps is $112.77. There is a little spotting on some pages. The worst ones are shown in the scans. The listing price was reduced because of the spotting.
