Item Description

The second scan is the dust jacket sleeve. The yearbook contains sections for commemoratives and mail use stamps. High Value stamps no longer have their own section and are included in the regular mail use section. Note that only commemoratives were included at the basic yearbook price. Mail use stamp packets and high value stamp packets could be purchased as an addition or on your own. There were 81 commemorative stamps, 26 mail use stamps and 6 high value stamps. I have removed the high value stamps (which include priority and express mail stamps) to keep the price down but if you would like some or all of them, contact me for adjusted pricing. The current face value of all 107 commemorative and regular mail use stamps is $82.70. Shipping will be by USPS Ground Advantage.
