"Sich-2-30" is an optical-electronic Earth observation satellite, which was developed and manufactured by the State Enterprise "Southern Design Bureau" named after M.K. Yangel" (Dnipro). On January 13, 2022, the satellite was launched from Cape Canaveral (Florida, USA).
The spacecraft is designed for obtaining images of the Earth's surface in the visible and near-infrared range of electromagnetic waves, as well as for monitoring the main parameters of neutral and charged particles of the Earth's ionosphere and measuring the dose of accumulated cosmic radiation.

P.S. Due to the full-scale military invasion of the Russian Federation in 2022, the official postage stamp of Ukrposhta "Sich-2-30" was not issued! The release of the stamp is planned for the beginning of 2022.
