Condition: Fresh, no gum Scott specialized unlisted Specimen overprint stamps WITH faults as shown...the exact stamps offered is in the 1st picture of this lot with reference material also shown...These should represent a UPU style specimen stamp with the country of origin not yet identified...as with other items, these were typically mounted directly on pages (see my Philippines lot as an example) and thus most of these stamps known typically have no gum like all in this lot...PLEASE SEE THE REFERENCE MATERIAL IN THIS LISTING, INCLUDING A FRESH 2020 CERT FOR A 310S STRIP OF 3 STAMPS AND THE REMAINDER OF THIS HOLDING...EACH OF THESE ITEMS WILL BE LISTED SEPARATELY AND YOU CAN SEARCH THEM IN MY STORE...THE CERT WILL BE DELIVERED WITH THE 310 STRIP BUT YOU CAN USE THIS AS A PROXY THAT ALL THESE ITEMS SHOULD RECEIVE A SIMILAR CERT FROM THE APS...a rare find...feel free to contact me with further information...I have added a nice selection of many stamps to my store.
