The diplomatic balance is symbolized by the positioning of the figures, mirrored in the two vertical orientations, with the bases attached to the center, and the image of one country or the other can be at the top. Whatever the direction, the face value can be visualized on the side of the stamp. The blue color, present in the two flags, was used as background, meaning the common interests between the two states. The monuments of Luxembourg were colored in shades of red (creating an orange scale), and the Brazilians, in shades of green. The art also includes the words "Brazil" and "Luxembourg" next to a drawing of the respective flags.
