499c 2c MH Fine Centering ALMOST! Inspect lower stamp below "US Postage" and more clearly on the reverse on the second scan! Has row of "blind perfs." Out of position so qualifies as a mis-perf but Scott warns against considering such as their "499c" at something around $1000 CV. This was mis-identified, in fact, as 499c in a lot I purchased and have been working through listing over the years. Scott, however, doesn't offer a CV suggestion for this type so I have no idea what to price it at. I'll start it at $75 but gradually lower that price if the market tells me it's out of line by no purchase in a few weeks or whatever. If somebody snaps up a bargain, well, it's a win-win as far as I'm concerned.Seller Information
