Grade: Ungraded
Condition: Fresh, OG, hinged with original Crowe cert & Bishop attestation letter as shown...both are recognized experts in the field, and they are expertizers for both the PF and PSE...This stamp being offered here is a new discovery and brings the number of known mint examples up from 2 to 3 stamps, the other 2 stamps as follows:1. A sound stamp with slightly better centering than this discovery being offered, and this last sold at auction for $15K in 2002 when the mint stamps were listed but unpriced and was offered with the reference price of $6K for a used stamp2. The other stamp is reported as toned and hammered at auction in 2021 at $5750...CV 928Both other stamps are perf 10 at top, making this the only mint example reported with perf 10 at bottom variety... I have added a nice selection of many stamps to my store. I fondly remember going to stamp shows as a child, enjoying going through counter books where I could pick out the 'ideal' stamp for me. The days where local stamp shows would allow this experience are few and far between. I have attempted to re-create this by listing selected stock which you can pick from.
