Scott #9 VF Used copy of the Type IV (Design is recut on bottom label) 1-cent Blue Benjamin Franklin imperf from the 1st large series of stamps issued by the post office in 1851-57. Nice round bar cancel. This stamp is fault free and extremely fresh. No Problems. Scott catalog value is:$100.00. For the collector who wants nothing but the best in their collection.
