NAGASAKI: 3c Win The War, (Scott #905), pair, tied by APO 718 Aug 9 1945 four bar cnl to legal size cover (flts incl wrinkles, light stain and a small piece of tape, some of this appears to have happened en route) addr East Lansing MI, mailed on the day of the atomic attack on Nagasaki (and in that theatre), sender was apparently looking forward to the very end of the war as the envelope is to Registrar's Office // Michigan State Agricultural College, censored, the envelope was a War Department permit envelope, which was obliterated by typewriter, most interesting WWII item, Fine-VF
