Condition: Fresh stamp accompanied by the original Weiss Cert as shown...This one looks like it was purchased from the post office this year!!! The stamp has full OG, with and is only lightly hinged; the perf tear is tiny and has to be searched for to see it. Without the cert you probably would never know it was there. The stamp handles very solid!!! Be confident of what you are collecting! This is a genuine mint Scott #98!!! This is your opportunity to get a great and certified example of this difficult issue at a reasonable price. I have added a nice selection of many stamps to my store. I fondly remember going to stamp shows as a child, enjoying going through counter books where I could pick out the 'ideal' stamp for me.
