Item Description

Issued in 1951 for UPU's 75th anniversary in 1949. Scott #394-397, catalog value $36.00+ (value for single stamps).  Mint never hinged (MNH/MUH). See photo of back. Better photos or scans are available upon request, as sometimes the colors don't show correctly. I have many more sets, singles, and MS from Afghanistan (primarily 1960-1985) to list - just ask if you are looking for something.
