US: Small Transports; TWO covers, first is two 5c Air (#C33) used from APO in Wurzberg Germany, addr London England, sender must have thought he was entitled to a discount, but 5c due ws charged (15c air rate), cover returned and another C33 added and tied, condition is OK, second cover features a single 6c Air (#C39), SE clearly from booklet #C39a, 1957 APO usage to South Carolina, flts and toning, damaged in transit and three signed official seals (#OX28, though someone marked OX21) added, seals are toned, flap flaws, unusual usages, Fine-VFCats $26.40+
