This picture post card depicting 'Governor's Mansion, Albany, N.Y.' was mailed from Albany, New York to Auburn, New York in 1954 franked with a 2-cent John Adams Presidential issue of 1938, Scott 806, tied by a Transfer Office RPO cds with an RMS barred elliptical killer.Post Card Specs: '2. 64543.
