This is an unlisted variety of SG21c, described in the Australian Commonwealth Specialists' Catalogue (ACSC) as Catalogue Number 71(3)h. The main feature of this second state variety is the substantial break in the Left Frame. As confirmation, the BSAP check list indicates a "Minute" nick in the right frame, as indicated in the main image. The First State variety items, described by the check list as inconstant, are not present.
