Buy Canadian. The exchange rate for all major currencies is currently very attractive. As described in the GEORGE V ONE PENNY (BSAP Checklist) as Pane 6, No.13 or BW81(VI/13). 1d King George V side face issue of 23 December 1926. Regular issue with variety:

• Shading and oval over L of Australia. NNW-SSE white flaw cutting four shading lines.
• Thin lower frame under ONE of ONE PENNY is also reported as a feature of this position.

Alternate catalogue number: Stanley Gibbons does not list this variety but the basic stamp has catalogue number SG O98.

The value for BW81(VI/13) in 2017, based upon value of other Plate 3 varieties listed in ACSC was Australian $20. At that time the Australian and Canadian dollars were approximately at par.
