Buy Canadian. The exchange rate for all major currencies is currently very attractive. This SG127 comes from Plate 1, Left Pane, Position 60, regular issue with variety “Left Frame missing behind Kangaroo”. T he Variety is not listed in the SG Catalogue. Lovely SON Type 1 or possibly 1t postmark from "BRISBANE/QUEENSLAND", dated 12 December 1935. The stamp has a crease across it,at the level of the King's neck. The crease is likely pre-use as i seems to have attracteda horizontal line of ink from the postmark across the King's neck
ACSC Sixth Watermark (Crown CofA) / SG watermark W 15. 1d King George V side face issue of 15 August 1931.
The ACSC catalogue value for BW126(3)r was Australian $300 in 2018. At that time the Australian and Canadian dollars were approximately at par.
