A collection of classic Austrian postage stamps issued between 1850-1901, totaling 86 stamps on 4 album pages. Period of the Austrian - Hungarian Empire The stamps feature a multi-color design with a hand stamped cancellation type, making them unique and collectible. The total 2024 Scott value of the collection is over $300.00 adding to its value and appeal for stamp collectors. All the stamps are mounted on the pages with Showgard Mounts. There are Scott #'s written on the top in pencil placed there by the previous owner. It has not been researched for Varieties, Types, Cancellations etc. that extends the basic of the Scott Catalogue. *** Because of the nature of this lot it is Sold AS IS,AS DESCRIBED and AS PICTURED. This is what you will get. This collection is a great addition to any European stamp collection, especially for those interested in Austrian history and philately.
