This cover is without contents. It was postmarked August 30, 1943, at Baltimore, MD. The cancel is “BUY WAR SAVINGS BONDS and STAMPS.” It is from Local Union No. 355 and is addressed to “Truck Drivers, L. U. #691” in Richmond, Indiana.
