Milwaukee Philatelic Society 75th Anniversary - MILCOPEX 1974, March 8 - 10, 1974, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Reproduces as block of four Scott C43 15 cent Universal Postal Union (UPU) 75th anniversary series, Globe and Doves stamp. "...this souvenir card presents, as its predominant figure, a block of four of the engraved vignette used on the 15c denomination of the series of airmail stamps issued in 1949 to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Union. The vignette portrays the World encircled by doves carrying messages. An artist's rendition of the monument erected at Bern Switzerland to symbolize the Union is shown at the left of the block of vignettes." This card has a Scott #1511 10c Zip Code stamp with second day of show cancellation, March 9, 1974, MILCOPEX Station, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This card has a United Nations hand stamp. Card measures 10 1/2" x 8 1/2".
