Here is a COMPLETE booklet of twenty-five stamps of the 8c Jet flying over the Capitol Dome, Scott C64c or BKC19. You will receive a COMPLETE booklet of 25 with five panes of five of Scott C64c with slogan three. This is the tagged variety.  This booklet also exhibits a partial plate number at the bottom right corner of each pane.  The plate numbers are three examples of 28115 and two of plate number 28116.  The plate numbers are approximately 85% complete.  The Durland plate number catalog lists a single pane with greater than 75% plate number at $50 making this a $250 booklet.  Is it missing from your collection?
