Item Description

This cover was mailed by The Bloomfield Mfg. Company of Bloomfield, Indiana, to Winchester, Indiana. The company is one of the oldest companies in Indiana.

The cancel date in the circular date stamp was April 23, 1902. The geometric obliterator was a round quadrant design and the impression is complete.

There is a partial Winchester, Indiana, received CDS on the back along with an Indianapolis, Indiana, cancel produced by a Pneumatic Cancelling Machine Company device.

This postcard will be mailed in a thick (but not rigid) protective plastic sleeve along with a stiffener. It will be sent via first class mail. You may combine this item with similar sale items to save on shipping. Thank you for looking.
