Blue hardcover stamp stock book. Contains Sixteen (16) black double sided pages with ten (10) clear pockets per each side of a page. Pages have glassine interleaves between them. Book measures 8.75" wide by 12" high by 1" thick. Made in Holland. Book is in pretty good shape. Minor bumps present at the corners. Many (if not all) of the interleaves show evidence of once being folded upon closing the book, but have been unfolded and currently lay fairly flat. Clear pockets are in pretty good shape, though there are places where the plastic has partly lifted away from the adhesive at the bottom of the pocket. Shipping weight 4 lbs.
