This cover was mailed from Prague to Vienna in 1941 franked by German Red Cross occupation semi-postal issues of 1941, Scott B3 and B4, each with inscription selvedge attached. Each stamp is tied to the envelope by a red 'V' double circle, pictorial handstamp.Air Mail etiquette.
Cut open left so reduced, the backflap is sealed and intact. No contents or backstamps.
