British Honduras 1866 #3c fvfu; 1sh Blue Green; No Wmk; P14; Typo; ' Queen Victoria ';There is a poor overprint of the word "SPECIMEN" however it does not match the "Specimen" overprint in use at the time. We also find no reference to this stamp having been issued with an overprint but it is possible. The "3c" nomenclature is not known; we use it simply for segregating inventory.
