NOTE: short perf at top. Previous collector plated this one as Position 4 in the sheet. Purchased in the Malaya Study Group auction in October 2002. Scott #18a, catalog value $130.00. Stanley Gibbons #38.   1917 3c red with the Type II plate (dots removed from last line of water) . Scene on river with canoe. Watermark multiple crown and CA.  See photo of back of stamps. Better photos or scans are available upon request, as sometimes the colors don't show correctly.
