NOTES:   Very interesting piece. Written by inmate of Plovdiv / Filippopoli prison to teh Mayor on Penne, Italian town in Teramo province. The writter is asking the mayor to get in contact with his brother, cause he doenst know if he is dead or alive!! Very nice!
