We try to ensure that your postal costs are kept as economical as possible. Items that can be posted by letter or large letter postal service will be sent with stamps affixed if possible, and heavier items will be sent send out either by Royal Mail 48 (Click and Drop service) which has a recorded despatch and delivery facility (it is not a tracked service). Orders over 2kg are sent as Parcels using DPD which is a fully tracked service. Overseas orders are sent either by Airmail letter post or Royal Mail International standard postal service - both of which are not tracked services. Please contact us if you required tracked or insured postal service. Heavier items over 2kg are usually sent by a tracked parcel service with the exception of books which may be sent by a Royal Mail Print Direct service which is not trackable.
