Mint with very light trace of previous hinge * The signature on the back of the stamp belongs to Milo Rowell, a prominent philatelist and expert in the field of Japanese Occupation issues.
Milo Rowell was a renowned collector and authority on the stamps issued by the Japanese during their occupation of British territories in Southeast Asia, including Burma, Malaya, and Borneo, during World War II. International Orders of $100 or more are sent with no shipping charge, or in the case of India where there is an additional charge on number of listings.
