c1851 stampless cover from Philadelphia to the USS Sloop St. Mary's at Valparaiso Chile, with endorsement for the cover to go to the US Consulate at Valparaiso via the US consul at Panama. Blue Philadelphia CDS, 30 rayon rate; red boxed paid. Cover with some soiling and minor restoration work; fine and scarce.Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
