Ca1924 us cvr to paris forwarded to italy triple franks wow!Under paid from usa to paris and franked with what appear to be french tax stamps and then forwarded to rome italy and franked with more tax stamps, i guess in italy. I may be wrong in my description of the activity on this cover, but right or wrong, it is a very interesting cover.The rome cancel date is faint but appears to be 1924.See the scan for what you are bidding on.I combine s& h
