An Interesting Group Here!
This is a MIXTURE OF 130, (should be 133) tagged stamps from times when the normal stamps were not tagged. Generally they are Winnipeg Tagged, there are a few early Ottawa tagging as well. There is duplication, MAY BE HEAVY IN SOME ISSUES, (THIS LOT HAS BETTER VARIETY THAN THE SMALLER 100 SIZED LOT, THERE SHOULD BE MORE DIFFERENT IN THIS ONE)  but better stuff does lurk here too! As with any mixed group, there is ALSO LIKELY SOME MIXED CONDITION TOO.
