Canada 1974 50th anniversary of RCAF cover #A7404 Ottawa (cover 4) April 1st, 197450th anniversary of formation of the RCAF.Ottawa National Defense Headquarters meter cancel cancels stamp. Blue (unlisted as such) cachet. CFB Ottawa meter receiver on back. Bluish envelope. Canada #619 franking.These flight anniversary covers were produced over a 15 year period starting in 1968. Most were produced by R.K. Malott. Some of the issues were flown and some were not; they are listed in Chapter 11 of the "Airmails of Canada and Newfoundland".
