The separation cut lines to remove the self-adhesive labels from the backing were inaccurately cut. In fact they are upside down, and can be classified as an inverted stamp. Only 2 sheets of 2 have been found and 13 singles, one single with 2 test proofs sold at Sparks Auctions for $413 7 years ago. Certainly a collector's prize,. Bileski refers it as a "supreme rarity".
