This cover measures 6-1/2 by 3-5/8 inches. It was opened at the right end and has no contents. The Toronto, Ontario, postmark date is September 3, 1940. The stamp is Scott number 233. The cover originated at The Bank of Nova Scotia and was addressed to Second National Bank, Richmond, Indiana. An added stamp in reddish ink reads, Authorized for Export by FOREIGN EXCHANGE CONTROL BOARD.
