CANADA: 12c NCR meter stamp adhesive; Parcel Post type, (IMC # PP5.b), with serifs, tied by shakey Victoria Mar 2 1939 machine cnl to legal size COVER, addr locally in Vancouver BC, the stamp is VF, but the cover has an over three inch tear extending from the top edge to the R side, the tear goes behind the stamp but does not effect it, Registered usage, very scarce on cover, I think a pro could repair this, Fine-VF. As Is.I combine shipping. Just ask.
