Condition: Fresh and rare double overprint error stamp with original PF cert as shown...this stamp to me looks to have full OG with some typical tropical/disturbance as is the norm for this era of material...natural gum/paper bend as shown that was not pointed out by the PF...the finest recorded copy of this classic error stamp...
