Grade: Ungraded
Condition: Fresh, OG, NH imperf unique plate block of 6 stamps as shown...there are perf separations in the selvage above the plate # that should not affect the integrity of the plate block with normal handling...while I (or the next owner) could easily place a small hinge to reinforce this, I do not feel this would be needed for exhibit and study of this unique plate block...unlisted and unvalued as any multiple, let alone as a valid plate block...natural margin as shown in the PF cert...a rare find...This will ALSO come with my 'cert' showing the intact block of 32 from which this is the PLATE BLOCK as shown by highlighting on my 'cert'...There is a more recent PF cert (viewable on the PF search feature on their website) for a block of 36 which does not accompany this item (this block is from the original multiple of 97 stamps)...In my distant memory, there may be another plate block that traded decades ago for well over $10K...please let me know if anyone with knowledge of this has any further information... I have added a nice selection of many stamps to my store. I fondly remember going to stamp shows as a child, enjoying going through counter books where I could pick out the 'ideal' stamp for me. The days where local stamp shows would allow this experience are few and far between. I have attempted to re-create this by listing selected stock which you can pick from.
