This cover was mailed from Chelmsford, Massachusetts to Baltimore, Maryland in 1906 franked by a 2-cent George Washington issue of 1903, Scott 319 (natural straight edge with guideline at bottom). The stamp is tied to the envelope by a duplex with a barred elliptical killer.Verso has a double circle date stamp: 'REC'D BALTO. MD VIA NY & WASH. R.P.O. / TR11.'
