A collection of 11 1938 PREXI Plate Blocks Scott # 807 and 806 featuring historical figures, US Presidents, with denominations of 3 cents and 2 cents. These United States stamps Issued in 1938 are in mint never hinged quality and come in violet and red colors. The blocks offer a glimpse into the historical significance of the time period they were issued in.
