Printed and hand painted combo FDC from original artwork by renowned cachetmaker Fred Collins for the $25 Self-Adhesive Federal Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation (Duck) Stamp issued Jun. 23, 2023, in Memphis, TN. Duck Stamp Station pictorial cancel with Forever (60c) Winterberry stamp added. Artist initials (BFP) and cachetmaker logo on face. This is Fred's last Federal Duck Stamp FDC. Starting with 2018, all Federal Duck Stamps are self-adhesive and initial format (sheet of 16, SS of 4, and sheet of 1) cannot be distinguished once stamp is removed from backing paper.
