This cover was mailed from Constantine, Algeria to Geneva, Switzerland in 1943 franked by two 1F View of Algiers issues of 1941, Scott 134, and a single 2F Arms of Oran issue of 1942, Scott 142, all tied to the envelope by a roller cancel.German censor tape verso tied to the envelope by two magenta censor handstamps.
Cut open right so barely reduced, the backflap is sealed and intact. No contents.
Light horizontal, diagonal or vertical lines in images are SCANNER ARTIFACT !
