Cover, 1870s, sent from Tom's River, NJ to Miss Fanny Spencer, Carlisle Barracks, Carlisle, PA, with a fancy ROSETTE with alternating petal shading cancel, fancy embossed "C" corner card, some stains, partial backflap.
