Interesting cover with an uncancelled Scott 11, which is cut on-piece and re-affixed for posting, sent to James Whartenby at Nevada City, CA with receiving docketing (Dec 16 / 58), stamp flaws, cover opened roughly at left, creases. (Inventory P10_960)
